Cette d\u00e9marche visait \u00e0 identifier les comp\u00e9tences des intervenants scolaires afin de favoriser l\u2019utilisation des connaissances issues de la recherche dans leur \u00e9cole. Une analyse critique de cette d\u00e9marche en regard des \u00e9crits scientifiques portant sur de telles d\u00e9marches est aussi pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e. Cette analyse permet de constater que la d\u00e9marche men\u00e9e pr\u00e9sente plusieurs forces, mais aussi quelques limites. Les principales forces de cette d\u00e9marche r\u00e9sident dans le fait qu\u2019elle a permis de tenir compte du contexte organisationnel, d\u2019aller au-del\u00e0 du statuquo pour d\u00e9crire ce qui est, mais aussi ce qui devrait \u00eatre, et cela dans un langage et un format faciles d\u2019approche.
