Or,\u00a0les\u00a0situations de classe sont souvent g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de stress pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves\u00a0: prise de\u00a0parole devant le\u00a0groupe, peur de l\u2019\u00e9chec, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 de performance, conflit entre \u00e9l\u00e8ves, etc. Savoir\u00a0comment r\u00e9agir dans de telles situations, qui s\u2019av\u00e8rent probl\u00e9matiques pour plusieurs, peut\u00a0faire toute la\u00a0diff\u00e9rence.
