Elle peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e en entier ou en partie, sa flexibilit\u00e9 \u00e9tant reconnue et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e (Wautier et Vileyn, 2004). L\u2019andragogie s\u2019appuie sur la science de la planification, l\u2019application et l\u2019\u00e9valuation des activit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives. Elle est \u00e9galement un art, car elle tient compte du climat relationnel entre le formateur et l\u2019apprenant adulte et chez les apprenants entre eux (Health Nexus Sant\u00e9, 2003).
