Pour pr\u00e9parer les jeunes \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 ce nouveau monde du travail, les conseillers d\u2019orientation doivent mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 la liste habituelle d\u2019emplois et de carri\u00e8res et miser plut\u00f4t sur les d\u00e9fis, les probl\u00e8mes et les opportunit\u00e9s qui existent dans le monde (Dizik, 2017).
